All returns are subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee. All returns are to be shipped freight prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted. All shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable. **No returns on U Bolts.**
You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number or the item may be refused. All returned items are subject to inspection for damage before refunding. All Product(s) must be in new usable condition.
Note: There are no returns on "specialty made leaf springs" that are made for special applications directed by customers certain specifications and/or requests. Some examples: Lift Springs, lowering springs and/or arch alterations and specific length modifications that changes the initial design of a stock application leaf spring.
All SuspensionKing leaf springs are guaranteed for 1 full year from date of purchase for breakage only. Replacement or credit will be up to TheSuspensionKing's discretion. If credit is issued, the credit would be on parts only. No labor credit will be considered or offered. Freight or UPS charges that may occur both ways will not be covered. There will be no warranty for leaf springs that have a premature break between the Ubolts. This breakage is only caused by loose Ubolts and/or worn axle leaf spring seats. Breakage between Ubolts are only caused by improper installation or maybe caused by worn out parts at initial installation. TheSuspensionKing will not be held liable or responsible for damages or personal injuries resulting from the use any product sold.
Please note: Ubolts should not be re-used. Ubolts must be replaced at all times at initial installation for any consideration of leaf spring credit of any kind.
In most cases you will receive your item within 2-12 business days depending on your location (you will be notified by email if there is a back order on the item).
Sorry we do not use U.S.P.S. and can not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/AFP (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office) shipping addresses.
